Terms and Conditions
Appointments:
Booking: Customers can book appointments online (recommended) or via text, specifying their preferred date and time.
Customer Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. If a customer cancels before the specified time-frame, a cancellation-fee up to 50% service price may be imposed. Rescheduling before the specified time-frame will result in a $15 up-charge at time of service.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or extreme weather conditions, at the discretion of the service provider.
Special Circumstances: Appointment cancellations and rescheduling resulting from service provider issues, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not subject to any extra charges.
Customer:
Vehicle Requirements: Services are specified for sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Bigger vehicles are subject to an upcharge, which will be confirmed before appointment
Water & Power Availability: Our mobile services require access to water and electricity for cleaning purposes. If you're unable to meet these requirements, please contact (989) 492-3595 for suitable arrangements.
Pricing and Payment: Payment methods accepted are cash, check, Cashapp, and Venmo. Payment is taken after the service is completed and work is looked over.
Preparation Guidelines: To ensure effective and timely cleaning, please remove any personal belongings from the vehicle and notify us in advance of any areas of concern or tough stains and spills. Although not needed, it's much appreciated.
Service Area: SimpliCarCare serves Midland, MI with surrounding counties for a small upcharge (distant dependent). Please text (989) 492-3595 for possible workarounds.
